Canceled plans last-minute because I was feeling "off". Googled symptoms at 2am, sure I was dying of a rare disease. I WAS EXHAUSTED. I tried so many things: therapy, yoga, EFT, breathwork, journaling, affirmations. Some things helped — temporarily. I'm Lauren Rundquist, a certified holistic health coach with training in functional nutrition, breathwork, trauma-informed somatics, and energy healing (Reiki & EFT).
